I contacted AAMCO about looking at my wifes chrysler town and country minivan. The transmission was not working properly. They took it in and repaired it in a timely manner, causing no inconvenience to us. It is working great, including better gas mileage! Thanks again
While in town visiting family I had the misfortune of having a transmission related issue and the good fortune of finding myself at AAMCO in Beavercreek. While coming off of 675, something happened on my 2016 Explorer that appeared to be transmission related. Not being from the area, I first went to German Ford. However, they were unable to look at my car that day and I was planning to drive back to NC the next day. So I took it over to AAMCO where I met Bob. I explained what happened and my situation and he said he could look at it that afternoon and hopefully we’d know what we were up against. I received a call from Bob later that afternoon and he advised me of the situation and we formulated a strategy to address the issue. A part was required which wouldn’t arrive until the next morning. The next day, option 1 of 3 (which was the least costly of the possibilities) worked like a charm and after a road test I was told that everything checked out. I picked the car up, loaded up the family and we were on our way back to NC albeit 7 hours later than planned. Our repair ended up being under $100, which is amazing given what it could’ve been. I found Bob to be honest and straightforward in assessing and explaining the situation and really appreciate he and his staff attending to our vehicle the way that they did. The car ran great back through the mountains of WV and southern VA and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome. I would recommend you consider AAMCO Transmissions & Total Car Care in Beavercreek should you be in need of transmission service.
