Bob is friendly honest. He was upfront with what he was doing and what all was going on . He was excellent on communication with. He was upfront with costs and making sure that there was no hidden costs or fees. He told a date and he was on top of it for every stage of getting my transmission done He had it completed 2days before the deadline he had given. Definitely recommend.
