My take, is that this company is honest. I came in wanting a transmission flush. They wanted to do a complementary inspection (which I admittedly was hesitant about -- can't trust people now-a-days!). I agreed and they indicated that I would need a repair in my transmission, that they encouraged me to go to a deal and see if it was under recall, but were reluctant to do it themselves saying it'd end up costing us 2000+$ for the repair (which when you google it is a super lengthy repair to get to). They also recommended that I didn't need a transmission flush. Most places would just take your money and do it! The bill? -- We paid in brownies since they were so awesome to us. So long as the owner is who it is, we'll likely bring our car her for service in the future.
This place is amazing. I would give more stars if I could. They were fast, efficient and, most importantly, the communication was amazing. I will always recommend them.
Bob has taken care of me on three different transmission jobs in older vehicles I've owned. He has always provided me with hoeant professional service, and I've never had any issues with the work at this location. He was also very reasonable on my wallet.
It is soooo hard to find a wonderful and honest car repair shop these days. So finding this place was like a gold mine. Bob and his team are amazing, to include the Office Manager, I believe her name is Debbie (?). Bob really takes that personal time to explain everything that needs to be done, and I do mean "needs", not adding unnecessary things to increase the cost. He even take the time to look for ways to save you money. The technician that worked on my vehicle was very nice as well and you could tell he cares about what he does. I can't say enough about this shop. Now that I have found them...this will be my go to place. Simply amazing. So thank you AAMCO Beavercreek Team for a job very well done.
